About
Draconian
Formed in 1994 in Säffle, Sweden, Draconian emerged from the early Scandinavian extreme-metal underground and steadily refined a signature gothic doom/death sound built on slow, weighty riffs and deeply melodic atmosphere.
After early demos, the band’s breakthrough came with the 2002 recording of “Dark Oceans We Cry”, which introduced Lisa Johansson’s vocals and directly helped secure a long-term deal with Napalm Records—an alignement that set the stage for their full-length catalogue and international reach.
Across multiple eras and vocal lineups, Draconian have become one of the defining names in melodic gothic doom: a band that balances Anders Jacobsson’s harsh, death-tinged presence with expressive clean vocals to create songs that are simultaneously romantic, bleak, and cinematic.
Saturnus
Saturnus stand as one of Denmark’s greatest musical exports, a death/doom institution forged in Copenhagen in 1993 and revered across the global metal landscape. For over thirty years, they have crafted some of the most emotionally devastating, majestically heavy and unmistakably soulful music in the genre. From brooding riffs to soaring melodies and a signature blend of harsh, clean, and spoken vocals, Saturnus dig deep into themes of loss, longing and the shadowed corners of the soul. Few bands channel such profound darkness with such beauty.
Ann My Guard
In the artistic realm of Ann my Guard, singer-songwriter Eszter Anna Baumann embraces the hidden parts of the self, digging beneath the surface where old mythologies lead the traveler to self-empowerment. After four well-received metal albums, Ann my Guard presents her semi-acoustic new album She of the Sea and Stars, set to release in March 2025. With this album, Anna would like to reveal how her metal songs were originally written: the record will contain already known songs in a different sound as well as new tracks influenced by her wide-ranging musical tastes, including darkwave, gothic rock, and dark pop.
