Formed in 1994, the band’s intricate musicianship — which hewed towards mathcore — won them a devoted fanbase, which they maintained through a near-constant array of studio and live albums, singles, and EPs.

Thrice is an American rock band formed in 1998 in Irvine, California, by Dustin Kensrue (vocals/guitar) and Teppei Teranishi (guitar). The band is known for its evolving sound, blending melodic hardcore, experimental rock, and electronic influences, with intricate guitar work, diverse styles, and thoughtful themes. Thrice is also recognized for its philanthropy, donating a portion of their album sales to charitable organizations.
