Date or venue changes are not a valid reason for a refund.

Age Policy

We prioritize the safety of our audience, especially children and minors.

Although we find them very cute, we cannot recommend you to bring a baby. Babies’ auditory systems are still developing, and attending a concert can increase the risk of permanent hearing loss, heightened sound sensitivity and ringing in the ears, even with hearing protection. If you still wish to come with your little one regardless of this disclaimer, you will have to present a valid entry ticket for them as well.

The same goes for toddlers, unless for family events which are specifically (sound) designed for the young ones.

Except for events especially designed for family and children, young people under the age of 16 are not permitted inside the venue without being accompanied.

They must be accompanied either by a parent or by an adult caring parental authority. In the second case, the accompagnant adult must hold a Parental Consent form that may be checked at the entrance. The Parental Consent form can be downloaded HERE (FR version) or HERE (ENG version). Both parties must have valid tickets for the show.

Some events (ex: late night parties) are accessible to 18+ only. For these specific events, minors will be denied entry (even if accompanied by an adult.) This tighter age policy is mentionned on the show page of the event and communicated on the Rockhal channels.
