If you want to upgarde your night, you need to present two tickets for each person at the entrance: Your regular show ticket plus your upgrade ticket
Yes, you need to park your car at the car parking “P+R Belval” directly at the train station “Belval-Université”. When you enter the parking, please collect a ticket from the entrance barrier as usual. When you arrive at the Rockhal, we’ll exchange this ticket for an exit ticket, which you can use to leave free of charge.
Yes, as our guest you profit from our VIP entrance which is located directly neighbouring the parking and train station “Belval-Université”.

The Higher Ground Lounge typically opens at 18:30, but times may vary depending on the event schedule. To make the most of your Premium experience, we recommend you to arrive early to enjoy all the exclusive benefits awaiting you. You will receive an informational email 2 days prior to the event with all the details you need for a fantastic night out.
No, this upgrade will provide you with an exlusive experience at our Higher Ground Lounge but it does NOT include any Meet & Greet or so with the performing artist(s).
