After a highly successful first European gesture in 2025, Capitão Fausto return to Europe in March 2026 with renewed momentum and bigger ambitions, bringing them to the Rockhal for their first-ever performance in Luxembourg.
Hailing from Lisbon, Capitão Fausto are one of the most influential bands of their generation in Portugal, widely praised for their originality, songwriting and live energy.
Their first European escape in 2025 marked a turning point for the band internationally, with sold-out shows in cities such as Paris, London and Amsterdam, and strong attendance across Spain. The response confirmed that their music resonates far beyond language or borders.
Their return to European stages comes at a pivotal moment for the band. In January 2026, they will headline MEO Arena in Lisbon, the largest concert venue in Portugal, in their biggest headline show to date. Shortly after, they return to the road in Europe carrying that momentum, confidence and ambition.
Alongside their established catalogue, the band is already hinting at new material, with new songs expected to surface during this year, offering audiences a glimpse into the next chapter of Capitão Fausto’s evolution.
Co-founders of the influential label and artistic collective Cuca Monga, Capitão Fausto remain a central force in Portugal’s independent music scene, while steadily positioning themselves as a compelling European live act, emotionally direct, musically rich and increasingly impossible to ignore.
